The journey that led our company to become purveyors of premium pre-owned vehicles started around 30 years ago, when our owner/auto engineer began his career at the “coalface” as an apprentice mechanic.
Imbibing experience and soaking up knowledge all the way, he worked his way through every aspect of the motor trade, including MOT testing. Eventually – in 1994 – he reached the point where he decided to set up his own business as an motor trader.
Putting his passion for cars to good use he’s now built AG Car Sales of London into a recognised brand, somewhat unique in its practice of buying good quality second-hand vehicles with a service history and doing whatever it takes to lovingly restore them to good as new condition. These carefully cosseted vehicles are then offered for sale to new owners looking for good value.
We’ve developed a business model which works for both buyer and seller.

Right from the outset we decided we were not going to become just another car dealership, shipping cars in and out as quickly as possible to turn a fast profit.
